A company that deals with sustainability, naturally needs a sustainable office building.

After 23 years Salud moved from an industrial office site to a unique and future proof building in 2018: the former Maria Church is transformed to our durable office.

Due to decrease of visitors the church was forced to close and stood empty for a long period of time.

“We are very happy that we can hand over the building to Salud” mentions the religious Catharina community.

Our people are the central focus. By making optimal use of daylight, a view of green surroundings and a layout that encourages movements and meetings between colleagues, the Salud building also contributes to the well-being of the users.

The use of LED lighting, energy savings by reusing office waste heat with our heat pump, waste separation management and planting different types of native plants and flower beds in our office garden are part of the sustainable improvements.

We are also very proud that we have installed 168 solar panels on the roof of our building since April 2023.

With this we try to give back to nature even more, but without losing the authentic, historical church view that the community was used to.

Our commitments

Our activities affect people, society and the environment. For this, we accept our social and societal responsibility. An ecologically sustainable approach is always our starting point. Through our activities, we want to contribute to the welfare of local communities in Mexico and Peru and make a positive social and environmental impact on the world of today and tomorrow.
