Award winning Guacabites

As from July 2018, we introduced a new appetizer: Guacabites

The Guacabite is a very innovative application of avocado puree. For this reason the Guacabite has received the SIAL Innovation 2018.

This appetizer has a filling of cream cheese and guacamole supplemented with various herbs and spices. We even used pieces of nachos in the coating.

Crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside; a very surprising combination.
