Ingredients:
  • Salud Avocado Halves
  • Smoked salmon                                                              
  • Cream cheese                                                        
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives
Starter/Side Dish

Cut the salmon into small strips, add a little cream cheese and mix with the salmon. Finely chop the chives an add to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the Salud Avocado Half with the salmon salad.

Serve with a slice of lemon or lime.
