• Ingredients:
    • Salud Avocado halves
    • Smoked salmon                                                              
    • Cream cheese                                                        
    • Pepper and salt
    • Chives
    • Lime
  • Starter/Side Dish
  1. Cut the salmon into small strips, add a little bit of cream cheese and mix it with the salmon.
  2. Finely chop the chives an add to the mixture.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Fill Salud's Avocado halve with the salmon salad.
  5. Serve with a slice of lemon or lime.
