Sweet potato chunks with guacamole
- Ingredients:
- Salud Sweet potato chunks
- Cornstarch
- Seasoning
- Salud Western guacamole
- Lunch/Dinner

Place a portion of Sweet potato chunks in a bowl or large plastic bag.

Add a teaspoon of cornstarch and mix roughly.

Deep fry for 2.5 -3 minutes at 175 ⁰C

Add some salt or other spices

Serve with some Salud Western guacamole for a fresh bite.
