Ingredients:
  • Salud tomato tortilla
  • Prawn-salmon salad
  • diced tomatoes
  • Salud avocado cubes
  • Rocket leaves
  • Philadelphia cheese
Starter/Lunch
Spread the Salud tomato tortilla on one side with Philadelpia spread. 
Spread the shrimp-salmon salad on top. Fill the tortilla further with rocket lettuce, tomato cubes and Salud avocado cubes. 
Roll up tight and cut the tortilla into pieces.
