Spanish lessons, a way to grow and to build bridges

Salud is currently running a project that provides our employees with opportunities for competence development through instructor-led Spanish lessons. This project has several advantages. The interactive nature of teacher-led lessons promotes a more engaging and effective learning experience, enabling participants to ask questions and receive immediate feedback. The customized teaching style ensures that each participant receives tailored instruction based on their skills, needs, and goals. Another benefit of the Spanish lessons is the motivating and supportive environment created by the teacher, helping to overcome challenges.

In addition to the personal development for each participating employee, we also recognize that many individuals in our supply chain speak Spanish, and we believe that this initiative is an excellent way to strengthen relationships while prioritizing personal growth.
