Avokatsu® poké cups
- Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Large carrot
- 1 Chili pepper
- 3 tbs Rice vinegar + extra for the rice
- 3 ts Powdered sugar
- 2 1/4 ts Salt + extra for the rice
- 1 tbs Ginger paste
- 10 Nori cups
- Sushi rice
- Japanese mayo
- 5 Avokatsu® bites
- Lunch/Dinner

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Make a pickled vegetables mix of julienned carrots, cucumber and thinly sliced rings of chili peper. Add rice vinegar, ginger paste, salt and suger. Set aside for 1 hour or overnight.

Prepare the Avokatsu® bites according to package directions.

Take a nori cup and cover the bottom with a layer of sushi rice.

Drizzle with some Japanese - Kewpie - mayonnaise.

Place a small layer of pickled vegetables on the rice.
- Cut the Avokatsu® bite in halves and lay half of an Avokatsu® bite on top of each cup.
