Ingredients:
  • Salud's Avocado tortilla
  • 200 gram cooked grayfish
  • Curly lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • A few sprigs of chives
Lunch/Dinner
Wash the curly lettuce and chop into chunks. Cut the red onion, tomato and cucumber into small strips. Cut the chives into pieces of about 10 cm. 
Put Salud's Avocado tortilla down and place the ingredients including the cooked crayfish in the middle of the tortilla. If desired, add a dressing of your choice. 
Roll the tortilla tightly, cut it diagonally through the middle and present it on a plate.

Starter/Lunch

Use Salud's Beetroot tortilla as a bowl. 

Fill the tortilla bowl with lettuce, tomato, onion, Salud's Avocado slices, Salud's guacamole, Salud's appetizers. Use some chive as a finishing touch.

  • Shrimp-salmon salad
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Salud Avocado dices
  • Rocket leaves
  • Philadelphia cheese
Starter/Lunch
Spread Salud's Tomato tortilla on one side with Philadelphia spread. 
Spread the shrimp-salmon salad on top. Fill the tortilla further with rocket lettuce, tomato cubes and Salud's avocado cubes. 
Roll up tight and cut the tortilla into pieces. 
Ingredients:
  • 50 gram pine nuts
  • 150 gram serrano ham
  • Coarsely grated Spanish cheese
  • 40 gram rocket leaves
  • 8 sun dried tomatoes in slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salud Wheat tortilla
  • Salt

Roast the pine nuts brown in a dry baking pan and add a bit of salt. Cover Salud's Wheat tortilla with the serrano ham, the rocket salad, the pine nuts, the sundried tomatoes and the Spanish cheese. Sprinkle some olive oil on the ingredients and fold the tortilla.

Ingredients:
  • Salud Wheat tortilla
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 courgette
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • Lettuce
  • 4 twigs of fresh thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
Lunch/Dinner

Mix a little olive oil with pepper and salt, half of the lemon juice and the thyme. Clean the lettuce and dry it. Cut the courgette in slices. Clean the paprika and cut in thin slices. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and prepare them on a hot grill. Slice the chicken fillets and bake them nicely brown. Add the rest of the lemon juice, mix all ingredients and add pepper and salt. Put the lettuce leaves on Salud's Wheat tortilla, add the mixed ingredients on top and fold the tortilla.

Ingredients:
  • Salud Wheat tortilla
  • 100 gram Salud Avocado slices
  • 200 gram large shrimps
  • 250 gram cod fillet
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
Lunch/Dinner

Cover Salud's Avocado slices with half of the lemon juice. Cut the cod into pieces. Fry the mixture in olive oil until golden brown and cooked. Add the shrimps 2 minutes before the end of the cooking. Sprinkle the rest of the lemon juice over it. Gently add the dill and add pepper and salt to taste. Place the filling on Salud's Wheat tortilla and fold over the tortilla.
