Ingredients:
  • Salud's Avocado tortilla
  • 200 gram cooked grayfish
  • Curly lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • A few sprigs of chives

  1. Wash the curly lettuce and chop it into chunks.
  2. Cut the red onion, tomato and cucumber into small strips.
  3. Cut the chives into pieces of about 10 cm. 
  4. Put Salud's Avocado tortilla down and place the ingredients including the cooked crayfish in the middle of the tortilla.
  5. If desired, add a dressing of your choice. 
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, cut it diagonally through the middle and present it on a plate.

  1. Use Salud's Beetroot tortilla as a bowl. 
  2. Fill the tortilla bowl with lettuce, tomato, onion, Salud's Avocado slices, Salud's guacamole and Salud's appetizers.
  3. Use some chive as a finishing touch.

  1. Spread Salud's Tomato tortilla on one side with Philadelphia spread. 
  2. Spread the shrimp-salmon salad on top.
  3. Fill the tortilla further with rocket lettuce, tomato cubes and Salud's avocado cubes. 
  4. Roll up tight and cut the tortilla into pieces.

  1. Salud (avocado or wheat) tortilla 30 cm 
  2. lettuce
  3. Salud avocado dices
  4. Cilantro
  5. Corn (fresh or canned)
  6. Red Onion

  8. Lime juice
  9. (Cherry) tomatoes
  10. Yogurt
  11. Oliveoil
  12. Pepper

  1. Dice all the ingredients. 
  2. Heat the tortilla very briefly (frying pan or oven/microwave) so that it gains more flavour and structure. 
  3. Spread it with yoghurt. 
  4. Make a mixed salad from all the other ingredients and season it with olive oil, pepper and salt. 
  5. Fill the tortilla with the mixed salad and finally add some freshly chopped coriander.
  6. Roll up the tortilla and cut in 2 halves.

  • Kidney (or black) beans (canned)
  • Corn (fresh or canned)
  • Onions
  • Taco seasoning (for example Pablo's Choice)
  • Sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh spices like coriander
  • Edible flowers
Lunch/dinner
  1. Loose the minced meat in a pan and add taco seasoning (quantity as indicated on the packaging)
  2. Add the chopped onions, beans and corn. 
  3. Fill the taco's first with some lettuce and follow with the bean-mince mixture. 
  4. Shortly before serving, add a tablespoon of sour cream and garnish it further with fresh herbs (e.g. coriander) and, if desired, an edible flower.

  • Chicken breast (of thighs)
  • Salud tomato tortilla 30 cm
  • Salud wheat tortilla 30 cm
  • Kidney beans (canned)
  • Corn (fresh or canned)
  • Spring Onions in rings
  • Fajita seasoning (for example Pablo's Choice)
  • Sour cream
  • Mixed lettuce
  • Red pepper in small cubes 
  • Salud Mango in small cubes
  • Fresh spices like coriander and fresh mint

Start making the filling:

  1. Fry the chicken breast.
    Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry them together with the chicken (kidney beans, corn, mango, red pepper).
  2. Add the fajita seasoning. (quantity as indicated on the packaging)
  3. Lay one Salud tortilla open.
  4. Split the tortilla in four parts in your mind and use one quarter for the filling. later, you fold the other 3 parts around the filling. 
  5. Start with the mixed lettuce and rings spring onion.
  6. Add the chicken-vegetable filling. 
  7. Put the wrap on the grill for a moment. 
  8. Shortly before serving, add a tablespoon of sour cream and garnish further with fresh herbs (e.g. coriander, mint) and, if desired, edible flowers.

  1. Fry a salmon steak of your choice on the grill or in the pan.
  2. Seasoning with some fresh pepper and salt. 
  3. Lay one Salud tortilla open. 
  4. Start with the mixed lettuce and put the salmon steak on it.
  5. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes, red pepper and red cabbage.

Ingredients:
  • 50 gram pine nuts
  • 150 gram serrano ham
  • Coarsely grated Spanish cheese
  • 40 gram rocket leaves
  • 8 sun dried tomatoes in slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salud Wheat tortilla
  • Salt
Lunch/Dinner
  1. Roast the pine nuts brown in a dry baking pan and add a bit of salt.
  2. Cover Salud's Wheat tortilla with the serrano ham, the rocket salad, the pine nuts, the sundried tomatoes and the Spanish cheese.
  3. Sprinkle some olive oil on the ingredients and fold the tortilla.
Ingredients:
  • Salud Wheat tortilla
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 courgette
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • Lettuce
  • 4 twigs of fresh thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt
Lunch/Dinner
  1. Mix a little olive oil with pepper and salt, half of the lemon juice and the thyme.
  2. Clean the lettuce and dry it.
  3. Cut the courgette in slices.
  4. Clean the paprika and cut in thin slices.
  5. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and prepare them on a hot grill.
  6. Slice the chicken fillets and bake them nicely brown.
  7. Add the rest of the lemon juice, mix all ingredients and add pepper and salt.
  8. Put the lettuce leaves on Salud's Wheat tortilla, add the mixed ingredients on top and fold the tortilla.

  1. Cover Salud's Avocado slices with half of the lemon juice.
  2. Cut the cod into pieces.
  3. Fry the mixture in olive oil until golden brown and cooked.
  4. Add the shrimps 2 minutes before the end of the cooking.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the lemon juice over it.
  6. Gently add the dill and add pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Place the filling on Salud's Wheat tortilla and fold over the tortilla.
