Use the Beetroot tortilla as a bowl. (use u  bowl of china below)

Fill the tortilla bowl with lettuce, tomato, onion, Salud avocado slices, Salud guacamole, Salud appetizers. Use for the finishing touch some chive. 

  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 Salud Flour Tortillas, 8-inch
  • 3 cups Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 6 cups Salud Strawberries

Mix together sugar and cinnamon.

On griddle or in sauté pan, heat 1 Salud Tortilla.

Place 1/8 cup cottage in the center of the tortilla, top with 1/4 cup

strawberries. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Fold up 1/3 of the bottom of the tortilla, then fold in both sides, leaving top open.

Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 12 wraps.

Tips: Substitute Salud Whole Wheat Tortillas for flour tortillas

  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 150 g Serrano ham
  • Coarsely grated Spanish cheese
  • 40 g Rocket leaves
  • 8 Sun dried tomatoes in slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salud Wheat Tortillas

Roast the pine nuts brown in a dry baking pan and add a bit of salt. Cover the Salud Wheat Tortillas with the Serrano ham, the rocket salad, the pine nuts and the Spanish cheese. Sprinkle some olive oil on the ingredients and fold the Tortillas.

  • Salud Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 Red paprika
  • 1 Courgette
  • 2 Chicken fillets
  • 8 Leaves of lettuce
  • 4 Twigs of fresh thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil

Mix a little olive oil with pepper and salt, half of the lemon juice and the thyme. Clean the lettuce and dry it. Cut the courgette in slices. Clean the paprika and cut it in thin slices. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and prepare them on a hot grill. Slice the chicken fillets and bake them nicely brown. Add the rest of the lemon juice, pepper and salt and mix all ingredients. Lay the lettuce leaves on the Salud Wheat Tortillas, put the mixed ingredients on top and fold the Tortillas.

  • Salud Wheat Tortillas
  • 100 g Salud Avocado Slices
  • 200 g Large shrimps
  • 250 g Cod fillet
  • 1 Tablespoon dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil

Mix the Salud Avocado Slices with half of the lemon juice. Cut the cod into pieces. Fry the mixture in olive oil until golden brown and cooked. Add the shrimps 2 minutes before the end of the cooking. Sprinkle the rest of the lemon juice over it. Gently mix all the ingredients and add pepper and salt to taste. Place the filling on the Salud Wheat Tortilla and fold over the Tortilla.
