Crispy rice paper with avocado spread
  • Ingredients:
    • 200 gram Salud Avocado pulp
    • 75 gram deseeded & peeled cucumber
    • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    • Wasabi to taste
    • White pepper & salt
    • Rice paper
    • Salmon
    • Soy sauce & lime juice
    • Furikake flakes
  • Lunch/Dinner
  1. Mix the avocado spread ingrediënts in a blender till you have a smooth paste.

  2. Cut the rice paper in the desired shape and fry for 5 seconds in a deep fryer at 175 ⁰C.

  3. Place on a paper towel to dry.

  4. Mix the smoked salmon with some soy sauce and lime juice.

  5. Spoon the avocado wasabi spread on the crispy rice paper add the marinated salmon on top.

  6. Finish the dish of with some furikake flakes.
