• Minced meat
  • Kidney (or black) beans (canned)
  • Corn (fresh or canned)
  • Onions
  • Taco seasoning (for example Pablo's Choice)
  • Sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh spices like coriander
  • Edible flowers

Loose the minced meat in a pan and add taco seasoning (quantity as indicated on the packaging)
Add the chopped onions, beans and corn. 

Fill the taco's first with some lettuce and follow with the bean-mince mixture. 

Shortly before serving, add a tablespoon of sour cream and garnish further with fresh herbs (e.g. coriander) and, if desired, an edible flower.
