Shrimp wraps

- Ingredients:
- Salud Wheat tortilla
- 100 gram Salud Avocado slices
- 200 gram large shrimps
- 250 gram cod fillet
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- Lunch/Dinner
- Cover Salud's Avocado slices with half of the lemon juice.
- Cut the cod into pieces.
- Fry the mixture in olive oil until golden brown and cooked.
- Add the shrimps 2 minutes before the end of the cooking.
- Sprinkle the rest of the lemon juice over it.
- Gently add the dill and add pepper and salt to taste.
- Place the filling on Salud's Wheat tortilla and fold over the tortilla.
