Avocado wraps with grayfish

- Ingredients:
- Salud's Avocado tortilla
- 200 gram cooked grayfish
- Curly lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- Half a cucumber
- A few sprigs of chives
- Lunch/Dinner
- Wash the curly lettuce and chop it into chunks.
- Cut the red onion, tomato and cucumber into small strips.
- Cut the chives into pieces of about 10 cm.
- Put Salud's Avocado tortilla down and place the ingredients including the cooked crayfish in the middle of the tortilla.
- If desired, add a dressing of your choice.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, cut it diagonally through the middle and present it on a plate.
