Summer chicken wraps

- Ingredients:
- Salud Wheat tortilla
- 1 red paprika
- 1 courgette
- 2 chicken fillets
- Lettuce
- 4 twigs of fresh thyme
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- Lunch/Dinner
- Mix a little olive oil with pepper and salt, half of the lemon juice and the thyme.
- Clean the lettuce and dry it.
- Cut the courgette in slices.
- Clean the paprika and cut in thin slices.
- Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and prepare them on a hot grill.
- Slice the chicken fillets and bake them nicely brown.
- Add the rest of the lemon juice, mix all ingredients and add pepper and salt.
- Put the lettuce leaves on Salud's Wheat tortilla, add the mixed ingredients on top and fold the tortilla.
