Quesadillas

- Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (of thighs)
- Salud tomato tortilla 30 cm
- Salud wheat tortilla 30 cm
- Kidney beans (canned)
- Corn (fresh or canned)
- Spring Onions in rings
- Fajita seasoning (for example Pablo's Choice)
- Sour cream
- Mixed lettuce
- Red pepper in small cubes
- Salud Mango in small cubes
- Fresh spices like coriander and fresh mint
- Edible flowers
- Lunch/dinner
Start making the filling:
- Fry the chicken breast.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry them together with the chicken (kidney beans, corn, mango, red pepper). - Add the fajita seasoning. (quantity as indicated on the packaging)
- Lay one Salud tortilla open.
- Split the tortilla in four parts in your mind and use one quarter for the filling. later, you fold the other 3 parts around the filling.
- Start with the mixed lettuce and rings spring onion.
- Add the chicken-vegetable filling.
- Put the wrap on the grill for a moment.
- Shortly before serving, add a tablespoon of sour cream and garnish further with fresh herbs (e.g. coriander, mint) and, if desired, edible flowers.
