• Ingredients:
    • 250 gram Salud Avocado dices
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 100 gram walnuts
    • 3 spring onions
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 4 dl chicken stock (cube)
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • Pepper and salt
  • Lunch/Starter
  1. Mix Salud's Avocado dices with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Puree the flesh with a hand-blender.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  4. Clean the spring onions and chop.
  5. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the spring onions briefly.
  6. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil.
  7. Gradually add the avocados while stirring.
  8. Heat the soup well but do not allow to boil.
  9. Add the wallnuts and Worcestershire sauce and season the soup with pepper and salt.
