    • Olive oil
    • 1 squeezed orange
    • Pepper and salt
  • Starter/Lunch/Side Dish
  1. Wash and tear the lettuce, cut the tomatoes.
  2. Roast the pine nuts.
  3. Add all ingredients together.
  4. Whisk the olive oil, the squeezed orange and pepper and salt for the dressing and serve on top of the salad.
