• Ingredients:
    • Salud Avocado halves
    • Crab meat or flaked surimi sticks
    • Mayonnaise or sour cream
    • Pepper and salt
    • Chili pepper
    • Teaspoon of chopped chives
  • Starter/Side Dish
  1. Combine crab meat/flaked surimi with mayonnaise or sour cream, season with pepper, salt and chili pepper.
  2. Carefully fill Salud's Avocado halves with the crab mixture.
  3. Decorate with extra chives.
