  1. Cut both ends off the bread.
  2. Take out most of the white crumb and cut open lengthwise.
  3. Spread evenly with Salud's guacamole.
  4. Line with thinly sliced smoked ham.
  5. Cover with rocket.
  6. Roll up carefully and tightly.
  7. Wrap it in cling foil and store in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes.
  8. Slice with a very sharp knive.
