• Ingredients:
    • 250 gram Salud Avocado dices
    • 20 gram red onion, finely chopped
    • Limejuice from half a lime
    • 25 gram tomato cubes
    • Pepper and salt
    • 10 gram creme fraiche 
    • 100 gram mayonnaise
    • 20 gram red pesto
  • Starter/Side Dish
  1. Gently mix Salud's Avocado dices and the tomato cubes (seperately) with the onion and limejuice and flavour with pepper and salt.
  2. Put half of the avocado cubes in a mold, press gently.
  3. For the second layer use the tomato cubes.
  4. Press the rest of the avocado soft and gentle.
  5. Make the upper layer of creme fraiche.
  6. Garnish with a piece of tomato, one avocado cube and a leaf of basil.
  7. Mix the red pesto with mayonnaise and decorate it with drops around the tartar.
