Gourmet avocado halves

- Ingredients:
- Salud Avocado halves
- Hard boiled egg
- Finely diced onion
- Pepper and salt
- Salmon caviar
- Mayonnaise
- Starter/Side Dish
- Finely chop the hard boiled egg and combine it with the very finely diced onion and mayonnaise.
- Season it with pepper and salt to taste.
- Carefully fill the cavity of Salud's Avocado half with the egg salad and top with the salmon caviar.
