Ingredients:
  • 2 halves Salud avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Baked egg (whole yolk)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Smoked chicken fillet (cold cuts)
  • fresh chopped herbs
Lunch-dinner
  1. Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices. 
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds in a bowl. 
  3. Take 2 Salud avocado halves from the packaging and dip them in the black sesame seeds. 
  4. Use one half for the base; top it with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. 
  5. Now bake the egg. 
  6. In the meantime, place chicken breast rolls as the next layer on top of the cucumber.
  7. Finish off with the baked egg.
  8. Top it with some freshly chopped herbs. 
  9. Finish the burger with the second half as a roof.
  10. Use a skewer for strength. 
 
Tip: Edible flowers brighten up the dish even more.
