• Ingredients:
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 2 Salud avocado halves 
    • 1 tbsp condensed milk
    • 1 teaspoon palm sugar syrup
    • 30 ml coffee (1 tbsp instant coffee)
    • Chocolate syrup
    • 30 ml of cold water

     

  1. Blend the avocado, concensed milk, ice salt plam sugar syrup, and 30 ml cold water for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put a generous amount of chocolate syrup in the glass.
  3. Pour the avocado mixture into the glass. 
  4. Add vanilla/chocolate ice cream.
  5. Topped it up with the (instant) coffee.
  6. Stir, mix and enjoy!
