Avocado coffee

- Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Salud avocado halves
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar syrup
- 30 ml coffee (1 tbsp instant coffee)
- Chocolate syrup
- 30 ml of cold water
- Blend the avocado, concensed milk, ice salt plam sugar syrup, and 30 ml cold water for about 2-3 minutes.
- Put a generous amount of chocolate syrup in the glass.
- Pour the avocado mixture into the glass.
- Add vanilla/chocolate ice cream.
- Topped it up with the (instant) coffee.
- Stir, mix and enjoy!
