Avocado bread

- Ingredients:
- 500g Wheat flour
- 1 Egg
- 10g White caster sugar
- 10g Salt
- 25g Fresh yeast
- 25g Cream butter
- 25g Margarine
- 230g water
- 2tb Salud guacamole
- Starter
Make the recipe in a food processor and use the dough hook.
- Combine all the ingredients in one time - except the Salud guacamole - in the food processor and knead the ingredients for 15 minutes.
- Add the guacamole and modulate the dough.
- Make balls of it or leave it all together for a large baking tin.
- Allow the dough to rise at room temperature until it has reached twice its volume. (This takes about 2 hours)
- Bake the bread in the oven at 230 degrees between 9 and 18 minutes, depending on which shape you have chosen.
