• 500g Wheat flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g White caster sugar
  • 10g Salt
  • 25g Fresh yeast
  • 25g Cream butter
  • 25g Margarine
  • 230g water
  • 2tb Salud guacamole




Make the recipe in a food processor and use the dough hook. 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in one time - except the Salud guacamole - in the food processor and knead the ingredients for 15 minutes. 
  2. Add the guacamole and modulate the dough. 
  3. Make balls of it or leave it all together for a large baking tin. 
  4. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature until it has reached twice its volume. (This takes about 2 hours)
  5. Bake the bread in the oven at 230 degrees between 9 and 18 minutes, depending on which shape you have chosen.
